I want to know this move as i have always wanted to as i am a trained martial arts teacher but i havent learnt that move yet

You need to train yourself to do the 1000 pushups in 7 minutes or less.

Isn't phase two where you do push ups with no hands?
theres no such thing but you can poke peoples eyes with 2 fingers and that would hurt like a bit*h though.
