Who can be the true guides, teachers and helpers of children of self?

If parents are supposed to teach, guide and help their children the ways to enter women hood or man hood as the case may be; then who is supposed to teach, guide, and help them with ways and means and art and skills of entering into society, and of safegaurding, motivating, and driving them to live, act and perform victoriously in the society.

In society; out side the family of self; we have and know about only; work, career, position, and status of others; for themselves only; and Fame, Fortune, Freedom and Fullness of others only; as the guide and motivations of self.

If the biological parents too are motivated and driven to perform actions of their respective duties towards their children under the influences, motivations, drives and guides of work, career, position, and status of others; and Fame, Fortune, Freedom and Fullness of others only; as the guide and motivations of self; then who else can truly be that true guide, teacher, helper and the parent of children.
